The body is constantly changing: the centre of gravity shifts and the strain on the back and lower back increases. Our approach is not about the baby, but about the mother. Our goal is to provide relief to the body that is adapting, without interfering with the abdominal area or the work of your midwife.
Comfort & Support
The session is usually performed in a side-lying position, ensuring maximum comfort. The pressure is gentle and adapted, allowing the nervous system to calm down. Despite the necessary limitations, the need for relief is so great that the result becomes deeply meaningful.
Add-on Experience
If your stage of pregnancy allows you to lie comfortably on your back for a short time, we recommend adding a facial treatment mask (+€35). It is an extra moment of complete calmness that completes your care experience.
What Changes?
Swelling subsides and tension in the lower back softens. Improved sleep quality and restored ease of movement help the mother manage the demands of pregnancy with more energy and less physical stress.
