The Experience
Immediate Release. At Agigma Academy, we do not believe the body always needs more time, but the right focus. Often, the time we dedicate to the back here is equal to that of a full-body massage, ensuring that attention is directed exclusively where you need it most.
Ideal for: Neck syndrome, tension headaches, limited time.
Add-on Experience
The Time of Awareness. Enhance the result by adding a specialised facial treatment (+€35). With this combination, deeper muscles such as the scalenes and masseters are worked, providing complete release from the neck to the top of the head.
What Changes?
The Feeling of Freedom. The “weight” on the shoulders and tension in the neck subside immediately. It is the ideal solution for those who work long hours at a computer or travel frequently, offering a clear sense of lightness and ease of movement in the upper body.
Important to Know
A Choice of Responsibility. This session works exceptionally well as a “bridge” between full-body treatments (e.g. one full-body session per month and one targeted session every 15 days). If your goal is deeper structural change, we recommend starting with a full-body session.
