From a young age, he was concerned with what is now known as Holistic Health. The stories of his childhood mind were not easy to put into words, but today he is convinced that people are much more than what they see in the mirror in the morning, that is, their body.

Facing a significant health issue within his family environment, from a very young age, he had the dream of being involved in healing. He didn’t know how this could become a reality, but he didn’t care. All he wanted was to make it happen. As he grew older, his goal seemed increasingly distant. The way the universe led him to healing was anything but linear, pulling him from one side to the other.

His first contact with the body began through sports, as he was a wrestler. This experience made him understand and feel the human body deeply. Then, his studies in alternative therapies showed him what this body can achieve, both self-destruction and self-healing. He turned his passion into a profession, working in all fields, from sports clubs to spa management. He was inspired and founded Agigma Massage and Therapies, where he combined his techniques and continued to learn new ones.

He always had the sense that there was something greater than what he already knew. Something that encompasses the body, from its smallest cell to the entire universe, known and unknown.

As an Access Consciousness Bars Facilitator (BF) and Face Lifting AFF, with classes all over Greece, he has inspired and created the institution of “Every Week Access Bars Class” in Rethymno, Crete. He has also created “Ask and It Answers” with guest therapists from around the world, as well as seminars such as “Energetic Body Massage” and “Couple Massage Experience.”

Since then, he has contributed to wonderful people by helping them connect with Access Consciousness and manage tools such as the Bars and the body. He has helped people change their lives, their bodies, and their perceptions. The magical thing is that if he can work on an energetic and spiritual level, anyone can!
